These are the\u00a0powerful\u00a0tools in my armoury. I also teach meditation.<\/p><p>Most of my life I have lived in London, but a few years back I moved with my wife and dog to a village in Wiltshire. Here I can write to my heart\u2019s content, and this proved to be especially valuable during lockdown. I discovered it&#8217;s true what people say &#8211; if you follow your heart you will discover you are capable of far more than you ever dreamed of, and your life will become a flow.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">I&#8217;ve always been a writer but now I can pursue it full time, and as a result I\u00a0enjoy\u00a0life doing what I love and loving what I do. I sincerely hope this is reflected in my material, and that some of my simple enjoyment of life will rub off on my readers.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">I have other passions too, especially sailing, woodworking and wood turning, music and reading. Currently my biggest challenge is learning to play the piano, but\u00a0nothing gives me greater joy than to\u00a0share what I have learned through writing.\u00a0I\u2019ve been around the block a few times and I have a lot of valuable stuff to impart, especially if you\u2019re someone who wants to find true happiness by living more consciously &#8211; that is to say, completely in accordance with the dictates of your heart.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">I have traveled a path of personal development and transformation for many years.
